餐厅英语 客人来电问路

预订员在每日所接的电话中，会遇到许多客人找不到餐厅而打来的问路电话。预订员要对餐厅周围的公交线路、站台、标志性建筑熟记于心，以便能在电话中向客人详细说明乘车线路、自驾线路，从而让前来用餐的客人对餐厅产生好感。
