一般饭店大堂都没有最低消费，包间可能会有。对于饭店规定的最低消费也一直存有争议，有些饭店已取消了包间最低消费标准。客人预订包间时会询问是否有最低消费，或是迎宾员在带领客人去包间的时候，客人通常会询问是否有最低消费。对于这一点，一定要解释清楚。如果包间有最低消费，迎宾员要主动向客人说明，以免在结账时发生争执。
