餐厅英语 特殊状况的处理

在点菜过程中，有时会遇到客人所点的菜恰好已经卖完了或菜单上有但实际上不再供应（如不合时令）的菜，这时服务员要耐心地给客人解释说明，并建议更换其他类似的菜。
