点菜服务英语实战

点菜（Order dishes）服务是餐厅服务的主要环节，是餐厅营销工作的重要组成部分；是专业知识、服务语言和服务技巧的集中体现。周到、热情、切合客人需求的点菜服务能让用餐客人感受到超值体验，给客人留下良好的印象，同时增加客人在餐厅的消费。
本章主要介绍点菜过程中的常用英语口语。在情景对话中：W—Waiter（服务员），G—Guest（客人）。
递上菜单并介绍菜单 客人坐下来以后，点菜员就要将菜单递给客人进行点菜。在客人看菜单时，为客人介绍菜品，特别是一些招牌菜、特价菜等，让客人对每道菜有个初步了解，并能点到自己想吃的菜品。
