酒水服务 英语实战

酒水服务是餐饮中最重要的内容之一。客人点餐时服务员可以向他们推荐酒水、饮料。在客人用餐期间，服务员要及时为客人添加酒、饮料、茶水，为客人的需求做好服务。本章主要介绍酒水服务过程中的常用英语口语。在情景对话中：W—Waiter（服务员），G—Guest（客人）。

在学习酒水服务英语之前，可以将自己认为餐厅、饭店最常用的英语词组、短语列举出来，通过本章学习之后进行前后对比，提高学习效率。
 
一、推荐酒类
对于餐厅饭店而言，酒水成本低、利润高、操作方式简单，经常是餐厅营销的重点。前来就餐的客人在点完菜后，服务员可以适时地、积极地、技巧地向他们推荐酒水。服务员要掌握常用酒水服务用语并熟知中外酒水种类及特点，以方便客人有更好选择。
